Carmen T. Villamor
Our principal attorney, Carmen T. Villamor, has extensive experience in U.S. immigration law, including, labor certifications, non-immigrant visas, and permanently residency options for immigrant workers. She also has very significant success in advising clients in the complex area of immigration for investors and entrepreneurs.
Attorney Villamor graduated from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines, with a Bachelor's Degree in Management (1990) and Juris Doctor (1994). Since then, for over 15 years she has worked in private practice, in non-government human rights work and in the public sector (as an elected legislator).
Attorney Villamor considers it an honor to serve the immigration community, to make a significant difference in people's lives and accepts the responsibility of ensuring that our practice always reflects the highest ethical and professional standards.

J. Victor Giongco
Our principal attorney, J. Victor L. Giongco, received his undergraduate degree from the University of California in 1995 and his Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines in 2000.
He started his legal career as a litigation associate handling complex corporate and civil matters. He then practiced law in his own firm since 2007, where he focused on the areas of immigration, personal injury, real estate and civil litigation. Having his own firm allowed Attorney Giongco to utilize his expertise in the complex areas of law while at the same time providing clients with personalized service.
Attorney Giongco's prior experience, training, and commitment to personal service ensure that his clients will receive the ethical and competent representation they deserve.
